Waste Removal

On-demand commercial waste removal for a one-off backlog, an office strip-out or a build-up your usual bins cannot cover. We arrange it end to end and appoint vetted, licensed providers to remove the waste, with a fixed price and full duty-of-care documentation for every load. We arrange and manage the removal; we do not remove or transport waste ourselves.

What commercial waste removal covers

Commercial waste removal is the on-demand collection and compliant disposal of business waste you need cleared — whether that is a one-off backlog, an office or shop strip-out, bulky furniture and equipment, or a build-up that has outgrown your usual bins. We arrange the removal end to end and evidence where every load went. It is the flexible, ad-hoc counterpart to a scheduled disposal contract: you call when you have waste to shift, and we appoint a licensed provider to shift it.

Where the job is a complete, large-scale clearance of a whole premises — plant, fittings, hazardous stock and all — that is a planned project in its own right; see full site clearances. Where a fixed container on site for a period would suit the work better than repeated collections, skip hire is usually the cheaper answer. Waste removal sits between the two: more than a bin, less than a full clearance.

Who it is for

Offices clearing old furniture and IT, shops and restaurants refitting, landlords and agents turning a unit around between tenants, and any business with an accumulation of waste that a routine collection will not cover. It suits work that is occasional and unpredictable, where a standing contract makes no sense but a reliable, compliant call-off does.

How it works

Tell us what needs removing, where it is and how it is accessed, and we will price it and arrange collection at a time that works around your operation. For a straightforward load we can often turn it round quickly; for a larger or mixed one we survey first so the price is fixed rather than open. On the day, the licensed provider we appoint removes the waste and we handle the paperwork. We are a registered waste broker and dealer: we arrange and manage the removal and appoint vetted, licensed providers to carry it out — we do not remove or transport waste ourselves.

Compliance and documentation

Ad-hoc does not mean undocumented. Every load leaves under a waste transfer note, or a consignment note where any of it is hazardous, moved by a registered carrier to a permitted facility. You receive that paperwork with the carrier's registration and the destination's permit reference, because a one-off removal carries exactly the same duty of care as a scheduled one — and a load that leaves without a transfer note is a duty-of-care failure that sits with you as the producer, however it was arranged.

What it costs, and what drives it

The cost of a removal is driven by volume, weight, access and what the waste actually is. Segregating recyclable material from general waste before it is collected keeps the price down, and flagging anything hazardous up front avoids a load being rejected or re-priced at the gate. We tell you what is achievable and what it will cost before anything is booked, and where a skip or a scheduled contract would genuinely serve you better we say so.

The benefits

Flexible and on demand. Waste cleared when you need it, with no standing contract.

Fully compliant. A transfer or consignment note and full duty-of-care paperwork on every load.

The right option, honestly advised. We will point you to skip hire or a full clearance when either would suit the job better.

Waste Removal — common questions

No. We are a registered waste broker and dealer: we arrange and manage the removal and appoint vetted, licensed providers to carry it out. You get one managed service, a fixed price and full duty-of-care paperwork for every load — we do not collect or transport waste ourselves.

For a straightforward load we can often arrange collection within a day or two; for a larger or mixed job we survey first so the price is fixed before we book. Tell us what needs removing and how it is accessed, and we will tell you honestly what is achievable rather than promising a slot we cannot hold.

It depends on the job. A skip suits work that generates waste steadily in one place over days or weeks; an on-demand removal suits an occasional backlog or clearance where you do not want a container standing on site. We will advise on whichever is cheaper for your situation — see our skip hire and full site clearance services for the alternatives.
