These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms on which we supply waste management services — those are set out in the written proposal and contract we issue for each project. By using this website you accept these terms.

What we do, and what we do not do

We are a waste management consultancy and a registered waste broker and dealer with the Environment Agency. We evaluate the supplier market on your behalf and arrange compliant disposal and recovery through vetted, licensed carriers and permitted facilities, and we manage the project through to a documented conclusion. We are not a waste carrier: we do not collect or transport waste ourselves. Every physical movement is carried out by a registered carrier we appoint and check, to a facility authorised to receive it.

Consultations and bookings

When you request a consultation through this website you are asking us for an appointment; it is not confirmed until we reply to confirm it, and we will always confirm by email. The initial on-site consultation and the written cost-saving report that follows it are provided free of charge and place you under no obligation to proceed. Any work beyond that is carried out only under a separate written proposal and contract, which will set out the price, the scope and the terms that apply to it.

Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches any applicable law, or that is fraudulent or harmful, and you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to interfere with its operation.

The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, but it does not constitute advice on which you should rely for a specific waste, site or situation — for that, ask us for a consultation. Guidance on waste law referenced in our blog reflects our understanding at the time of writing and is not a substitute for professional advice.

The content, design, logo and branding of this website are owned by or licensed to Absolute Environmental Solutions Ltd and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our permission.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information published on this website, or from the website being unavailable for any period. This does not affect the terms of any project contract, under which our liability is dealt with separately.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
